Your order confirmation (on the site and by email) will clearly show the delivery charges and estimated arrival time. We process orders quickly (typically in 1–3 business days) and send you tracking updates once your items ship.

  • Delivery Locations: We deliver to physical addresses in Singapore only.

  • Free Delivery: Orders over S$100 qualify for free shipping (Smaller orders incur a S$9.90 delivery fee)

  • Order Processing: Our warehouse needs about 1–3 business days to prepare your order. You’ll see the delivery timeline and shipping cost on your order confirmation page.

  • Order Tracking: After shipping, we email you a tracking number and estimated delivery date for each package. Check your order history or tracking link for up-to-date delivery info.

  • Delivery Variability: Estimated delivery dates are a guideline. Actual arrival can be affected by factors like weather or carrier schedules, so we always recommend checking the latest tracking updates.

  • Installation Services: For complex security systems (such as parking or surveillance setups), professional installation and 1-year maintenance packages are available. Contact us to arrange on-site setup and training.

Payment Method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all local orders. Select “On Delivery” at checkout and pay the courier in cash (or other accepted tender) after you inspect and accept the items.
