At SecuritySystems.sg, we are committed to delivering high-quality security products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made within Singapore.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging intact
• All accompanying materials (e.g., manuals, accessories, documentation) must be included
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required
• The item must not fall under any exclusions outlined below

SecuritySystems.sg reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, or operational reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been installed, altered, or used
• Customized or special-order configurations
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Items sold under clearance or marked as non-returnable

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs and a description of the issue. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the nature of the defect.

Refund Process

After receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will inform you of approval or rejection. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, PayNow, Cash on Delivery)
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

• Reason for return
• Supporting images (if applicable)

We will provide detailed instructions and a return address upon approval of your request. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
